Director of Sales Finance

Summary

Requirements

• 8+ years of Finance experience with some focus operational/strategic finance and/or investing finance
• Minimum 4+ years experience in partnering with Sales and GTM teams
• Prior experience designing commission and variable incentive plans
• Strong understanding of revenue, cost and ROI considerations (human capital, tools, incentives)

Responsibilities

• Ensure our financial strategies, incentive structures, and data-driven insights are best in class to drive sustainable growth
• Own the design and implementation of variable compensation plans
• Measure ROI and performance across sales teams
• Provide financial support to our growth strategy in close partnership with stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in high growth startup, banking, or private equity environments
• Experience in marketplace businesses
• Experience in healthcare or with payers
