Summary
The job is for a Sales Operations Director - Tools and Process at Azul who will manage the tech stack, data quality, and administration of key sales systems. Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and be able to clearly and effectively articulate complex concepts related to sales systems and their alignment to Azulβs value and business practices
- Organized, detail and process oriented
- Detailed knowledge and experience in Salesforce.com (including registered Salesforce certified) and other complementary tools in support of sales organizations
- Strong project management skills, experience in managing full system implementations, upgrades and integrations
- Flexible and supportive in a fast moving and changing environment
- Self-starter, willing to take a leadership role in driving initiatives in support of building out a complete and comprehensive systems strategy
- Manage multiple tasks; able to deliver against multiple competing priorities and hard deadlines while maintaining data, reporting and system integrity
- Ability to collaborate with and coordinate Azul cross-department resources to execute complex system strategies
- BA/BS or equivalent preferred
- 5+ years in Business Operations, Sales Operations,or IT
- 5+ years of demonstrated project management experience. Experienced in selecting, implementing, integrating and upgrading sales systems
- Specific experience managing sales systems including Salesforce.com (must have); certification in Salesforce system administration required
- Demonstrated expertise in providing sales support to multiple levels and working with Sales, Executives (C-Level), Finance, IT
- Experience in administration of other sales tools such as salesloft, Clari,Leandata, Zoominfo, CPQ tools, etc
Responsibilities
- Serve as the point of contact and subject matter expert on Azulβs Sales technology βstackβ and strategy
- Define, manage, and enforce best practices related to use of key systems, including but not limited to Salesforce.com, Clari, Zoominfo, etc., in support of the end to end go to market strategy
- Coordinate and partner with cross-functional teams including Finance, Marketing, Sales, and IT in the design, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of key sales systems
- Lead key projects critical to the implementation or improvement of key processes and systems related to the Sales go-to-market strategy
- Own system support and administration (both direct or through third parties) for the Sales System tech stack
- Train Sales Team members on proper use of sales systems
- Own data quality related to the critical sales systems
