Responsibilities

  • Drive Sales Initiatives: Support Sales Development by implementing and monitoring global sales initiatives that enhance performance and growth
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with Alliances and Partners Leadership to refine and improve overall sales strategies and motions
  • Develop Sales Tools: Create, manage, and continuously improve content, programs, and tools that elevate sales performance
  • Analyze and Improve: Use data-driven insights to identify root causes of challenges and recommend actionable solutions for continuous improvement
  • Facilitate Growth: Lead workshops, training sessions, and certification events that inspire and equip our sales teams to excel

Benefits

  • Base Salary: $162,000 - $190,000 a year
