Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive adoption and engagement within Syndigo's retail programs
  • Lead a team of analysts, delivering efficiency and scale to retail program adoption processes
  • Collaborate closely with Retail Program Management, Commercial, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of retail campaigns
  • Initiate and lead engaging conversations with customers to gain insights into their needs and value drivers related to adoption
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally to drive program adoption
  • Monitor and analyze success metrics to track the effectiveness of adoption efforts and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance
  • Provide regular updates and reports on program adoption progress to leadership and key stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

Software Sales, Marketing, Enablement and/or Go-To-Market experience highly preferred
