Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Talent Management, Human Capital, Talent Strategy, or related roles, with a strong record of driving org-wide transformation, scaling systems, and leading change in complex environments
- Demonstrated expertise in organizational design, operating model shifts, and team effectiveness, with an ability to link structure to strategy and execution
- Experience building or implementing skills-based talent frameworks (e.g., skills taxonomies, capability maps, internal mobility strategies), or a deep curiosity and readiness to lead in that space
- Comfort navigating the evolving role of AI and emerging technologies in the workplace, with a passion for the future of work, a mindset of experimentation, ethical awareness, and practical application to people strategy
- Ability to analyze complex organizational data sets,such as workforce structure, performance insights, or skills trends, to inform org design, talent planning, and workforce transformation
- Strong influence and communication skills, with experience engaging senior leaders, facilitating critical conversations, and aligning stakeholders across functions
- Strong systems thinking, facilitation, and coaching capabilities – able to connect dots across disciplines and lead leaders through complexity and change
- Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills, with experience presenting to senior executives and boards; experience with Google G-Suite
Responsibilities
- Design for Organizational Agility and Scalability: Lead complex org design and effectiveness initiatives that evolve HubSpot’s structure, workflows, and operating models to support strategic growth, cross-functional agility, and long-term scalability
- Advance Skills-First Talent Strategy: Architect and implement a company-wide skills framework that powers hiring, development, and mobility, enabling equitable career growth, data-informed talent planning, and future-ready workforce capabilities
- Enable AI-Ready Work and Workforce: Explore how AI is reshaping work and re-architect OD, change, and talent programs to integrate responsible, human-centered AI into ways of working, capability building, and team collaboration
- Modernize Talent Practices for the Future: Continuously assess and reimagine core talent processes—such as performance, mobility, succession, and development—to ensure they are scalable, inclusive, and built for HubSpot’s future success
- Lead Change Across the Enterprise: Build and apply inclusive, scalable change strategies that help teams and leaders navigate ambiguity, unlock transformation, and maintain alignment with HubSpot’s strategy and values
- Elevate Leadership and Team Effectiveness: Define and scale leadership and teaming capabilities that reflect the needs of a hybrid, AI-enabled world—fostering psychological safety, systems thinking, and adaptive collaboration across the org
- Operate as a Strategic Enterprise Leader: Influence enterprise-wide talent strategy through deep partnership, experimentation, and thought leadership—aligning people systems with business goals while driving meaningful, measurable results
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology, Business, HR, or a related field, and/or certifications in org design, change management (e.g., Prosci, Adcar), or assessment tools
Benefits
- Annual Cash Compensation Range: $176,900 — $283,000 USD
- In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs)
- Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay
