Summary
Join Lucid Motors as a Program Manager to lead and enhance global onboarding experiences for new hires, hiring managers, and senior leaders. You will own onboarding programs, ensuring a cohesive and inclusive journey from offer acceptance through the first 90 days. Design and scale toolkits, training, and resources to enable hiring managers to effectively support new hires. Develop tailored onboarding experiences for executive-level employees. Translate feedback into actionable improvements and lead cross-functional projects focused on onboarding. Partner with various departments to deliver seamless onboarding experiences.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in HR, Talent Management, Employee Experience, or Learning & Development
- Proven ability to design and scale onboarding or employee programs in a high-growth, global environment
- Strong program management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Data-savvy with experience translating employee feedback and survey data into actionable insights
- Demonstrated passion for inclusion, empathy, and creating a sense of belonging from day one
Responsibilities
- Own and enhance the global onboarding experience across regions, roles, and work environments (remote, hybrid, in-person). Deliver a consistent, high-impact journey that reinforces Lucid’s culture, values, and performance
- Design and scale toolkits, training, and resources that enable hiring managers to support new hires confidently and effectively from day one
- Launch tailored onboarding experiences for Director-level and above, including executive welcome sessions, curated resources, and connection-building opportunities
- Translate feedback from onboarding surveys and sentiment tools into actionable improvements. Pilot and scale new solutions that elevate the onboarding experience and support continuous improvement
- Lead cross-functional projects focused on onboarding-related moments that matter—ensuring alignment with initiatives tied to culture, belonging, and productivity
- Partner closely with Talent Acquisition, People Solutions, IT, Facilities, and hiring managers to deliver seamless onboarding experiences and operational excellence
