Requirements

• Strong Commercial Acumen & judgment based on 7-10 years of leadership & direct industry related experience (incl Partner-facing roles, GTM plans, new product launches)
• Results-Driven - Focus on financial goals without compromising quality
• Strategic Thinker with the ability to solve complex problems independently, and implement change successfully aligned with Plusgrade’s long term strategy

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement processes to bring new products/features to market
• Maximize commercial performance by establishing KPIs, creating new systems/dashboards to measure performance, capture findings and make compelling recommendations
• Collaborate cross-functionally including, gathering feedback across teams, synthesize into briefs/recommendations on features, prioritization, pitch adjustments
