Summary

Join HashiCorp as a Director of Product Management and lead a team focused on critical HCP core features and services. Requirements

  • 15+ years of product management experience with developer products
  • 5+ years of managing a team of product managers
  • Demonstrated success delivering and scaling delightful cloud products or platforms cross-functionally
  • Deep knowledge of the enterprise cloud platform space and market needs
  • High levels of customer empathy and a passion for using data to drive and demonstrate product success
  • Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong verbal, written, visual communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a collaborative and high performance culture
  • Own the strategic vision and roadmap for Hashicorp Cloud Platform, focusing on enterprise customer needs for reliability, security, and compliance
  • Craft the product story and opportunities for improvement by understanding market trends, competitive landscape, customer needs, and HashiCorp principles
  • Partner with executive leadership to align product goals with business objectives
  • Define and track KPIs to measure platform performance
  • Collaborate with Design, Engineering, and Ops to create and improve process to support team delivery
  • Set clear goals, measure outcomes, and continuously optimize team performance
  • Communicate product performances and insights to stakeholders

  • $214,300 β€” $252,100 USD (California (excluding SF Bay Area), New York (excluding NYC), Seattle Metro, Denver / Boulder Metro, Washington D.C., or Maryland)
  • $194,800 β€” $229,200 USD (Colorado (excluding Denver / Boulder Metro), Illinois, Minnesota, or Washington (excluding Seattle Metro))
