Requirements
- 8-10 years of Product Marketing experience ideally in the employer benefits space or working with large enterprise buyers
- Experience growing and leading a high-functioning product marketing team
- Strong analytical ability and exceptional strategic instincts
- Excellent communication skills and ability to package findings into market-facing collateral in a crisp, thoughtful and persuasive manner
- Sound business judgment and problem framing
- Superior storytelling skills to weave a compelling visual narrative
- Enthusiastic collaborator who is able to effectively work across teams with many different stakeholders
- Deep interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to balance and execute multiple projects concurrently
Responsibilities
- Successfully launch new products to the market with compelling narratives for employers, health plans, labor & trust and other target segments
- Develop and maintain a deep perspective on the market landscape, both competitors and buyers, to inform positioning, packaging, and pricing
- Build, maintain and expand a suite of market-facing materials and tools that support our GTM team and work with our training team to train sales
- Partner with Growth Marketing to support a product-led content strategy to drive brand awareness and build our pipeline
- Partner with Product, GM and GTM Ops to package up product releases and communicate company roadmap and innovation
- Support sales and client success with in-house strategic conversations and opportunities
- Develop upsell positioning, compelling case studies and member stories that show our value and advance our selling
- Find opportunities to better showcase our impact with compelling market-facing statistics, easy-to-use GTM analytical tools, pursuit of external validation, and more
- Be responsible for product and service-line documentation for all buyer segments
