Requirements

  • Experience in sales leadership, with a focus on financial technology, SaaS, or related industries. Several years in an early stage or scale up tech company is a plus
  • Proven success in driving revenue growth, managing sales teams, and building strategic partnerships
  • Good understanding of the Open Banking and financial technology landscape in Europe, with a strong network of industry contacts
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on mentoring and developing talent
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment, with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional European languages is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Drive the sales process from lead generation to closure, ensuring the achievement of revenue targets and growth objectives
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments to expand Yapily’s presence in Europe
  • Mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure a seamless customer experience and alignment of sales initiatives
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes in the EU to identify potential risks and opportunities
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and insights to the executive team, ensuring transparency and accountability in sales performance
