Requirements
- 5+ years of enterprise sales leadership, ideally in cybersecurity or SaaS
- Track record of leading teams responsible for both new business and account growth
- Strong command of sales metrics, forecasting, and territory strategy
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Proven ability to hire, develop, and retain top sales talent
- Comfort working cross-functionally and with channel partners
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach a team of Account Directors selling into enterprise and strategic accounts
- Drive both net-new logo acquisition and expansion within existing customers
- Build a culture of consultative selling using frameworks like MEDDIC and value-based selling
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution and customer success
- Own regional sales performance, forecasting, and pipeline health
- Collaborate with channel partners to extend market reach and drive growth
