This remote-first position reports to the VP, Sales & Partner Enablement and is open to candidates in the US or Canada. Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales enablement, or similar roles
  • 8+ years experience with selling tools such as SFDC, Gong / Chorus, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, etc
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing AI solutions in enterprise environments
  • Experience managing and developing high-performing teams
  • Exceptional project management and execution skills
  • Strategic thinking with a bias for action and rapid implementation

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a comprehensive AI and tool automation strategy across our revenue tech stack, including Gong, SalesLoft, Salesforce, ZoomInfo etc. and our learning platforms
  • Lead the expansion of our existing AI capabilities, including a Slack-based AI assistant, to maximize its potential across multiple use cases
  • Drive rapid implementation of AI-powered solutions and tools
  • Build and lead a high-performing team focused on AI integration, tools and productivity enhancement
  • Partner with revenue leadership to identify opportunities for AI-driven process improvement and automation
  • Measure and optimize the ROI of AI implementations across the revenue organization
  • Create scalable frameworks for AI adoption and training across teams
