Summary

This role involves building and executing an innovative strategy leveraging AI and cutting-edge tools to revolutionize team workflows. You will build and shape a team from the ground up, driving measurable improvements in team productivity and effectiveness. The ideal candidate possesses strategic vision, strong execution capabilities, and a "test and learn" mentality. This remote-first position reports to the VP, Sales & Partner Enablement and is open to candidates in the US or Canada. Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales enablement, or similar roles
- 8+ years experience with selling tools such as SFDC, Gong / Chorus, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, etc
- Proven track record of successfully implementing AI solutions in enterprise environments
- Experience managing and developing high-performing teams
- Exceptional project management and execution skills
- Strategic thinking with a bias for action and rapid implementation
Responsibilities
- Design and implement a comprehensive AI and tool automation strategy across our revenue tech stack, including Gong, SalesLoft, Salesforce, ZoomInfo etc. and our learning platforms
- Lead the expansion of our existing AI capabilities, including a Slack-based AI assistant, to maximize its potential across multiple use cases
- Drive rapid implementation of AI-powered solutions and tools
- Build and lead a high-performing team focused on AI integration, tools and productivity enhancement
- Partner with revenue leadership to identify opportunities for AI-driven process improvement and automation
- Measure and optimize the ROI of AI implementations across the revenue organization
- Create scalable frameworks for AI adoption and training across teams
