Join Vanta's Revenue Operations team as the Director of Revenue Operations and become a strategic leader driving efficiency, visibility, and scale across the company's go-to-market (GTM) engine. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance teams to optimize revenue processes and accelerate growth. Lead a team in building a world-class GTM infrastructure. Develop, implement, and optimize processes and cadences to drive alignment across teams. Hire, develop, and mentor a high-performing team. Leverage analytics to identify trends and opportunities. Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related GTM function at a high-growth B2B SaaS company
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into strategic insights
- A builderβs mindset, comfortable designing and optimizing GTM processes from the ground up
- Passion for enabling teams and driving operational excellence in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, ensuring seamless execution
- Excellent communicator with the ability to distill complex problems into clear, concise insights that drive action
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and optimize processes and cadences to drive alignment across sales, marketing, and customer success teams
- Hire, develop, and mentor a high-performing team of operators producing consistently high-quality, high-impact work
- Identify and execute initiatives to improve processes, workflows, and strategies, optimizing the entire GTM motion
- Leverage analytics to identify trends, anomalies, and revenue opportunities while collaborating with the analytics and strategy team to measure and monitor new trends
- Oversee all GTM processes, including process optimization, territory management, forecasting, and the operating cadence
- Partner with global cross-functional teams, including marketing, revenue analytics, and finance teams, to align goals, measure results, and course correct when needed
- Build and own our GTM operating cadence, ensuring it is helping us forecast and understand the business with actionable insights
