Director, Revenue Enablement

Summary

This role offers the unique opportunity to build and execute an innovative AI strategy, build a high-performing team, and drive measurable improvements in team productivity. You will design and implement an AI and tool automation strategy, expand existing AI capabilities, and partner with revenue leadership to identify opportunities for AI-driven process improvement. The position requires 8+ years of experience in revenue operations or similar roles, proven success implementing AI solutions, and strong team management skills. StackAdapt is a Remote First company, open to candidates in the US or Canada.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales enablement, or similar roles
• 8+ years experience with selling tools such as SFDC, Gong / Chorus, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, etc
• Proven track record of successfully implementing AI solutions in enterprise environments
• Experience managing and developing high-performing teams
• Exceptional project management and execution skills
• Strategic thinking with a bias for action and rapid implementation

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a comprehensive AI and tool automation strategy across our revenue tech stack, including Gong, SalesLoft, Salesforce, ZoomInfo etc. and our learning platforms
• Lead the expansion of our existing AI capabilities, including a Slack-based AI assistant, to maximize its potential across multiple use cases
• Drive rapid implementation of AI-powered solutions and tools
• Build and lead a high-performing team focused on AI integration, tools and productivity enhancement
• Partner with revenue leadership to identify opportunities for AI-driven process improvement and automation
• Measure and optimize the ROI of AI implementations across the revenue organization
• Create scalable frameworks for AI adoption and training across teams
