Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in sales within the digital media industry
  • Significant experience working with global HoldCos
  • A well-established network of senior-level contacts within global HoldCos and a proven track record of successfully managing and growing these relationships
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and lead geographically dispersed teams
  • Ability to think strategically, identify opportunities, and develop innovative solutions that drive client success and business growth
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Proficient in using data and analytics to drive decision-making and optimize account performance
  • Experience working in a global environment, with an understanding of the cultural nuances and business practices across different regions

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a global account management strategy focused on growing and nurturing relationships with global HoldCos in the retail media space. Align the strategy with Pacvue’s business objectives and growth targets
  • Leverage your extensive network and deep industry knowledge to establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers within global HoldCos. Serve as the primary point of contact for these accounts, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Player and coach for a high-performing team of agency development managers across multiple regions. Foster a collaborative and results-driven culture, encouraging professional growth and development within the team
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and work with clients to implement solutions that drive value. Help position clients for outsized growth and innovative solutions that drive their business forward
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing and resolving any issues or concerns promptly and effectively
  • Monitor account performance, analyze key metrics, and provide clients with regular reports and insights. Track client metrics and success internally, and report to leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Work closely with the sales, customer success, and product teams to ensure a seamless client experience and to identify areas for improvement
  • Gather and communicate client feedback to internal teams to drive continuous improvement in our products and services
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities in the retail media space. Provide thought leadership and strategic guidance to both internal teams and clients, positioning Pacvue as a trusted partner
