Summary

Join Journey as Director of Strategic Alliances, responsible for identifying and developing partnerships with benefits consultants at top houses, managing partner relationships, executing partnership marketing and sales strategies, tracking partnership performance, and making strategic recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience working with consultants, brokers, and partners in a similar capacity at a health and wellness company
  • Early-stage (<25 employees) startup experience is a must
  • Consistent over-achievement in quota and revenue goals

Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic partnerships with key benefits consultants and maintain strong relationships
  • Educate consultants on Journeyโ€™s products and capabilities while understanding their and their clients' needs
  • Manage consultant deals, collaborate with the Sales Director, and lead RFP responses for consultant-led opportunities
  • Track partnership performance, provide leadership insights, and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Design and execute outreach and nurture strategies to consultants
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align partnership initiatives with company goals
  • Stay informed on industry trends and represent Journey at relevant events to build and expand partnerships

  • Excel at multi-tasking and managing multiple projects at the same time
  • Be comfortable with critical thinking and problem-solving
  • Eager to learn and adapt to industry trends
