Director, Technology, ISV Partnerships

Join Constructor as the Director of Technology/ISV Partnerships, a strategic leadership role focused on building and expanding partnerships within the technology and ISV ecosystem. You will identify, develop, and manage key relationships to drive revenue and market reach. This role is crucial in defining value propositions, achieving partnership goals, and contributing to the company's overall growth. Requirements

• Experience developing, launching and scaling joint motions with ISVs / technology partners
• Experience with joint GTM motions with AWS
• Good network and senior level contacts within the e-commerce technology space (e.g. MACH Alliance)
• Prior experience managing global relationships while also driving regional activation

Responsibilities

• Maintain a deep understanding of the ecommerce / product discovery technology vendor landscape
• Identify "better together" value propositions for partnerships and develop business cases for integrations and joint go-to-market
• Establish and grow strategic partnerships within the technology and ISV ecosystem
• Identify, develop, and manage key relationships to drive revenue and expand market reach
• Contribute to the company's overall growth by achieving strategic partnership goals including partner sourced and influenced revenue
• Possess strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Work effectively across functions and lead through influence
