Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Dispatcher in a transportation or logistics environment
• Proven experience managing a fleet of 15-20 trucks

Responsibilities

• Manage and dispatch drivers for all freight types
• Communicate effectively with drivers, serving as their primary point of contact
• Track and trace loads to ensure on-time delivery
• Collaborate with Load Planners
• Optimize freight assignment for profitability, customer satisfaction, and driver retention
• Manage driver KPIs (mileage, home-time, maintenance, safety)
• Resolve conflicts and create solutions for drivers
