This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field, 5-7 years of experience in partner management, distribution, supply chain, or B2B sales, strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, expertise in contract negotiations, inventory management, and performance optimization, proficiency in data analysis, the ability to manage multiple partners and projects, and familiarity with ERP, CRM, or partner management software. Requirements

Responsibilities

- Negotiate contracts and service level agreements, ensuring alignment and compliance

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute impactful business development strategies
- Oversee logistics and inventory management processes to ensure timely product delivery and operational efficiency
- Provide data-driven insights and reports to senior management on partnership effectiveness and supply chain performance
- Facilitate clear communication and collaboration between internal stakeholders and distribution partners
- Lead regular training and partner review sessions to promote transparency and continuous improvement
