Summary
Join Ivanti as a Partner Sales Manager to drive strategic revenue growth within the Federal focus partner and distribution business. You will work closely with internal and external teams, including sales, marketing, and partner programs, to leverage external partners and expand the Ivanti ecosystem. Responsibilities include partner enablement, pipeline generation, contract strategy execution, and ensuring partner success. The ideal candidate possesses a strong business development and sales background, operational executive experience, and a proven track record of growing indirect revenue. This role requires extensive experience with 2-tier distributors, government procurement, and the Federal channel ecosystem. The position involves significant travel throughout the US.
Requirements
- Possess a BA degree or equivalent with 5+ yearsβ experience building and engaging 2-tier distributors
- Have experience working with distribution partners delivering accurate monthly and quarterly forecasts
- Have experience in delivering partner enablement, GTM strategies, Partner Business Planning and Account Reviews
- Have experience growing indirect revenue by analyzing data and creating an actionable plan to grow revenue
- Be willing to travel throughout the US including attendance at all business reviews, conferences, and ad hoc meetings
- Demonstrate leadership that promotes and exemplifies the highest levels of teamwork, personal accountability, and mutual support to the Partner
- Have experience collaborating with internal and external teams
- Possess excellent communication, presentation, prioritization, time management and negotiation skills with stakeholders at all levels
- Have experience with Government Procurement and Processes
- Have experience driving pipeline and revenue within the Federal Channel Ecosystem
Responsibilities
- Work with Ivanti sales executives to leverage external partners to deliver longer-term, cross-sell/upsell through joint engagement with Ivanti and Carahsoft
- Work with Focus Partner Manager to evolve emerging partners as potential future Focus Partners thus improving the Ivanti Ecosystem
- Serve as the point of contact for aligning Ivanti teams; sales, marketing, professional services, LMO, enablement etc. Execute Ivanti channel strategy in Federal Government
- Work with Carahsoft to coordinate and maximize development of Emerging Partners
- Generate 4x partner pipeline from the named set of partners as well as sales, pre-sales and services enablement of those partners
- Closely align with sales to execute contract strategies, deal structure and partner selection
- Closely align to Federal leadership and account POD activities
- Align cross functionally on sales-oriented activities, including marketing (field and digital), sales, promotions, tradeshows, and coordination of Partner Enablement
- Drive customer satisfaction, ensuring targets are consistently met or exceeded by Partners
