Documentation Consultant, Senior Project Manager

Summary

Join Capio Group as a PAL Documentation Consultant/Senior Project Manager! This full-time remote position offers a salary between $130,000 and $150,000. You will provide IT project management services and expert assistance to modernize a Case Management/CRM system. Responsibilities include managing project documentation, conducting reviews with stakeholders, and obtaining approvals. The role requires a minimum of seven years of project management experience, including four years as a senior PM on large IT projects, a bachelor's degree, and a PMP certification. Requirements

• Possess a minimum of seven (7) years of broad, extensive and increasingly responsible experience applying Project Management (PM) principles, methods, techniques, and tools
• Have at least four (4) years of experience as a senior PM of one or more large or complex IT projects
• Possess a bachelor's degree
• Possess a valid Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI)

Responsibilities

• Assume full responsibility and accountability for project documentation to meet the requirements of all stages of the PAL process
• Conduct reviews of PAL documentation with client stakeholders
• Obtain CDT approval of documentation through all stages of the PAL process

Preferred Qualifications

• Have at least six (6) years of experience including and not limited to creating documentation for one or more Customer Relationship Management (CRM) projects of medium size, scope, and complexity – i.e. projects with budgets of $5 Million to $10 Million, impacting 400 – 600 user program office users and durations of 1-3 years –and obtaining approvals for such documentation through the CDT’s PAL process
• Have at least three (3) years of experience in a lead capacity creating documentation for CRM projects
• Have at least six (6) years of broad and extensive full-time equivalent (FTE) experience as a Senior Project Manager, with increasing responsibilities in those roles, applying project management principles, methods, techniques, and tools and with expertise in Agile and Hybrid (Waterfall and Agile). methodologies
• Have at least three (3) years of experience in a lead capacity as a Senior Project Manager
