Driver Operations Executive

Summary

The job is for an Operations Executive in Thessaloniki, Greece, within the Driver Operations team of a ride-hailing company. The role involves serving as the first point of contact for drivers, training and assisting drivers with onboarding, building relationships with the local driver community, performing competitor analysis, quality assurance, monitoring driver performance, and participating in local operations tasks.

Requirements

• Highly motivated to support our drivers and partners with a positive attitude
• Experience in an operational or customer facing role
• You have an eye for detail and a focus on quality in everything you do
• You showcase analytical thinking
• Fluent Greek skills (C2 level) and good English skills (at least C1 level)
• Experience using G Suite or Microsoft office applications
• Good Presentation and Communication skills (internally and externally)

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for drivers and company partners who arrive at our Driver Center in Thessaloniki
• Train and assist drivers with their onboarding to the FREENOW app
• Build and foster strong relationships and networks with the local Driver community
• Perform competitor analysis, Quality Assurance and monitoring of Driver Performance
• Participate in local operations tasks (e.g. bonus setup, outdoor campaigns)
• Enable successful performance through driver engagement campaigns including the deployment of OCA, outbound calls to activate onboarded drivers or improve the performance of existing drivers

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in project and stakeholder management is a plus
