Summary
Join Definity First as a Dynamics 365 Support Developer and work remotely from anywhere in Mexico or LATAM. You will provide exceptional technical support to clients using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Pages, and the Power Platform. This role requires 2+ years of experience in technical support, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform, strong problem-solving skills, and fluency in English. Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a technical support role, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules, Power Pages, and the Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Computer Science/Information Technology Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Pages, and the Power Platform
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Analyze and resolve issues related to account management, system configurations, and integrations
- Document support cases, solutions, and best practices to enhance the knowledge base
- Conduct training sessions and webinars for clients to maximize their use of Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform
- Stay up-to-date with the latest updates and features of Dynamics 365, Power Pages, and the Power Platform to provide informed support
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SQL, JavaScript, and C#
- Familiarity with other Microsoft technologies, such as Azure and Office 365
- Knowledge of CRM
- Experience in a customer-facing role with a focus on technical support or consulting
