Summary

Join Definity First as a Dynamics 365 Support Developer and provide exceptional remote support to clients across Mexico and LATAM. You will leverage your in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Pages, and the Power Platform to troubleshoot issues, respond to inquiries, and conduct training. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. The ideal candidate possesses 2+ years of experience in technical support, specifically with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform. Fluency in English is essential. This is a remote position offering the opportunity to learn and grow within a talented team.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a technical support role, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules, Power Pages, and the Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Flexibility to provide occasional weekend support if required (rare but possible)
  • Computer Science/Information Technology Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Pages, and the Power Platform
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Analyze and resolve issues related to account management, system configurations, and integrations
  • Document support cases, solutions, and best practices to enhance the knowledge base
  • Conduct training sessions and webinars for clients to maximize their use of Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest updates and features of Dynamics 365, Power Pages, and the Power Platform to provide informed support

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SQL, JavaScript, and C#
  • Familiarity with other Microsoft technologies, such as Azure and Office 365
  • Knowledge of CRM
  • Experience in a customer-facing role with a focus on technical support or consulting
