Join Housecall Pro as an Early Engagement Specialist on the Retention team! In this customer-focused role, you'll support newly enrolled customers during their first 30 days, guiding them through the onboarding process and ensuring a positive experience. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalency required; some college a plus

Responsibilities
- Support, guide and instill confidence in customers during their first 30 days as they are implementing Housecall Pro
- Manage and prioritize your workflow and call lists with speed and accuracy
- Listen and understand customersβ needs; handle objections, instill confidence, and resell the value of Housecall Pro
- Coach customers on the basics of the Housecall Pro product, by providing them with clear next steps in their onboarding process
- Quickly identify and escalate customers to applicable resolution paths, as needed
- Understand and adapt to Housecallβs ongoing product and technology developments
- Be an effective team player with strong customer service, communication, presentation and creative problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Customer support/service experience highly desirable
- Prior experience in customer/client facing role; 6+ months of outbound sales or prospecting experience a plus but not required
