Requirements

• Proven experience in data management, analysis, and reporting, preferably within an e-commerce or retail environment
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
• Ability to communicate complex data findings in a clear and concise manner

Responsibilities

• Data Organization: Create and maintain structured and efficient data sets in Google Sheets
• Reporting Development: Develop and maintain regular reports and dashboards using Google Sheets
• Data Analysis: Utilize advanced functions, formulas, and pivot tables in Google Sheets to analyze large datasets
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, and operations
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline data collection, reporting processes, and automate routine tasks within Google Sheets
• Quality Assurance: Conduct regular data audits to ensure data integrity

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with data visualization tools and SQL is a plus
• Significant experience and expertise at Google Sheets
• Experience with other data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Excel
• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and understanding of online retail metrics
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
