Summary

ZURU is looking for an Ecommerce intern to manage Amazon US, Canada, and Mexico item listings and content health across their Toys and FMCG Divisions. The intern will collaborate with Sales and Brand teams on new product launches, conduct competitive research, liaise with creative teams, and develop go-to-market strategies for e-retail. The hourly rate is between $16.90 to $18.00 per hour.

Requirements

  • In 3rd or 4th year of Undergrad – Majoring in Marketing, Business or Data Science
  • Well versed with Amazon as a shopping platform and will drive process improvements and automation across catalog(s)
  • Computer literate on all major business software packages (including Excel)
  • Able to follow directions and use conceptual reasoning and critical thinking
  • Strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills
  • Self-motivated to multi-task and meet deadlines assigned
  • Prioritizes those projects that will maximize benefit to the organization
  • Operates with a sense of urgency; identifies opportunities and acts quickly to achieve results
  • Demonstrated ability to be a team player with skills to communicate and participate across the team

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of Amazon US, Canada and Mexico Item Listings and Content Health across our Toys and FMCG Divisions
  • Ensure cross-functional collaboration with Sales and Brand teams on new product launches, item set-up, and overseeing cataloguing through Salsify for all Regions
  • Owning process and data governance on new product variations, bundle creation, and updates to existing product pages
  • Daily product listing maintenance, monitoring, and reporting of full product catalog through Salsify
  • Conduct competitive research and benchmarking on marketplace listings through A/B Testing and report findings along with identifying areas of opportunity
  • Liaise with creative teams on content generation; maximize returns through testing, site optimization and improving online customer experience
  • Develop the go-to-market strategies for e-retail and partner with Marketing teams through a Go Live Calendar
  • Continuously monitor cutting edge eCommerce marketing techniques and suggest new and innovative solutions to our digital shelf
