Influencer and Partnerships Marketing Intern

Summary

The job involves supporting the growth of MANUAL's influencer channel by prospecting new talent, communicating with them, generating content ideas, monitoring trends, and reporting analytics. The ideal candidate should have 0-1 years of experience in influencer marketing/management or social media marketing, strong creative vision, excellent communication skills, and a passion for content, marketing, and social media.

Requirements

• 0-1 years of experience in influencer marketing/management, or social media marketing space
• Strong creative vision and the ability to think strategically while also paying attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills cross team
• Passion for content, marketing, and social media

Responsibilities

• Prospecting: influencer research on potential talent we can partner with across categories
• Reaching out: communicating in a professional manner to talent, agents and agencies and supporting negotiations for the best outcome for both parties
• Content ideation: when prospecting and reaching out, generate thoughtful concepts that resonate with our campaigns and each individual influencer
• Trend Monitoring: stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and social media innovations
• Reporting and Analytics: track the performance of our partner content through social monitoring, Looker and Mixpanel dashboards. Report back to the team on best-performers, learnings, and how we can double down on these
• Cross-functional Collaboration: collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager, internal teams, including growth, creative, and brand, to ensure content alignment and coherence across all touchpoints
