Requirements

  • Ecommerce experience, specifically with Shopify store management
  • Hands-on experience with ad creation and digital advertising (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, or similar)
  • Strong knowledge of social media marketing, including content creation
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess marketing performance and suggest optimizations
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and contribute opinions to improve marketing efforts

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize the Shopify store, including product creation, descriptions, and pricing updates
  • Ensure product pages are SEO-friendly and conversion-optimized
  • Monitor and improve store performance and user experience
  • Develop and execute ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads to drive sales
  • Optimize ad spend and targeting strategies to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS)
  • Create compelling ad creatives and copy that align with brand messaging
  • Oversee social media accounts, crafting engaging content to drive brand awareness and customer engagement
  • Implement content calendars and schedule posts, stories, and campaigns
  • Track ecommerce and marketing performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to improve revenue
  • Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and sales funnels to boost conversions
  • Provide weekly reports on sales trends, ad performance, and marketing initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with email marketing and automation
  • Background in SEO and conversion rate optimization
  • Experience in a high-growth startup environment
