Requirements
- Have 2+ years of experience in Revenue or Sales Operations, with a strong understanding of sales processes and data-driven decision-making
- Be committed to continuous learning and development - both for yourself and those around you
- Demonstrate a high aptitude for organization, process development, project management, and analytics
- Be a natural problem-solver, with a keen eye for detail and spotting issues
- Have advanced Excel skills
- Have hands-on experience with CRMs like Salesforce
- Have previous experience with SQL and data management and are willing to master it
Responsibilities
- Implement processes and solutions that can streamline revenue acquisition and eliminate inefficiencies
- Ensure that the Sales teams are operating seamlessly through data evaluation and by improving workflows
- Maintain and measure various components of the Sales process such as Target & Territory Management: Ensure proper account distribution among the team
- Maintain and measure various components of the Sales process such as ICP Expansion : Refine and expand our Ideal Customer Profile to improve targeting
- Maintain and measure various components of the Sales process such as Outbound Cadence Operations: Optimize outreach strategies to increase conversion rates
