Join Booksy as an E-commerce Sales Manager and drive sales growth for our B2B beauty industry product offerings. You will execute sales strategies for over 40,000 salons across Poland, building strong relationships with suppliers and clients. Responsibilities include creating and refining product offerings, executing sales strategies, collaborating with marketing teams, managing a team, and monitoring sales goals. You will also offer expert advice to clients, conduct market analysis, and work with other departments to ensure seamless operations. This fully remote position requires a proven track record in B2B sales within the beauty industry, experience in people management, and strong sales and negotiation skills. A strategic mindset, proactivity, and English fluency are essential.
Requirements
- Track of records in B2B sales, within the beauty, wellness, or medical industry
- Demonstrated experience in people management or team leadership
- Proven experience in sales and negotiations
- A strategic mindset with ability to analyze and present sales data effectively
- Proactivity, independence, and strong decision-making skills
- Willingness to travel for business trips and industry events (e.g., trade fairs)
- English fluency at a B2 level or higher
Responsibilities
- Creating and refining our product offerings (covering hair, nails, barbers, and skincare) specifically for the B2B e-commerce channel
- Executing our comprehensive sales strategy aimed at engaging with over 40,000 salons throughout Poland
- Collaborating closely with suppliers and marketing teams to plan and launch impactful sales promotions
- Managing, mentoring, and developing a team fostering a high-performance and collaborative environment
- Cultivating and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with our business partners, including both suppliers and clients
- Continuously monitoring the achievement of sales goals and providing clear, insightful performance reports
- Working hand-in-hand with our marketing, data analytics, and customer service departments to ensure seamless operations and shared success
- Offering expert advice to clients, helping them select products perfectly tailored to their unique needs
- Conducting thorough market analysis and keeping a close eye on competitor activities to identify new opportunities
