Requirements

• Strong experience managing Shopify stores, including theme updates, app integrations, and site optimizations
• Basic coding knowledge (HTML, PHP, CSS) to make minor adjustments and set up tracking systems
• Understanding of CRO strategies and experience working with agencies or internal teams to improve conversions
• Ability to set up and maintain tracking systems to ensure accurate data capture
• Experience implementing AI-driven tools to streamline e-commerce operations
• Ability to ensure consistency across multiple online marketplaces
• Experience coordinating with developers, CRO agencies, and internal teams to implement improvements
• Proficiency in English and great communication skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee theme updates, customizations, and regular website audits to ensure Shopify storefronts remain current and perform consistently across all marketplaces. Collaborate with developers to implement necessary design and functionality improvements
• Evaluate and integrate new Shopify apps to enhance functionality and streamline operations, while optimizing existing apps to support evolving business needs
• Work closely with our CRO agency and development team to implement strategies that improve user engagement and drive higher conversion rates
• Set up and maintain tracking systems, and perform minor code tweaks (HTML, PHP, CSS) to ensure smooth site performance and accurate data capture
• Explore and deploy AI-driven solutions to automate repetitive tasks and optimize workflow efficiency
• Ensure brand and operational consistency across all five marketplaces, delivering a seamless customer experience regardless of the platform
• Contribute to additional e-commerce and platform management tasks as needed as part of a small, agile team. Flexibility in addressing emerging challenges and opportunities is essential
