Summary

Join 20four7VA as a CPT-7771 Online Arbitrage and Wholesale Business Virtual Assistant! This Junior Level position requires 10 hours per week, Monday-Friday, from 8am to 10am CET. You will manage product databases (BaseLinker, Sellerboard), analyze sales data, provide customer support, and communicate with suppliers. Requirements

  • Proven experience with Amazon Seller Central and Allegro platforms
  • Familiarity with tools such as BaseLinker, Sellerboard, and Google Sheets and keepa
  • Strong organizational and data entry skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to analyze sales and inventory data to forecast restocking needs
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to resolve customer and courier-related issues efficiently
  • Effective communication skills for liaising with suppliers and team members

Responsibilities

  • Record purchase invoice data, including gross and net purchase prices in PLN and EUR
  • Update and maintain databases in BaseLinker and Sellerboard
  • Search for product images online using EAN codes and assign them to corresponding items
  • Add new products already listed
  • Complete missing details such as images and descriptions
  • Prepare delivery documentation in Google Sheets for 3PL providers to ensure smooth upcoming deliveries
  • Maintain a database of products requiring restocking
  • Analyze sales data in BaseLinker to identify items that need reordering
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries related to undelivered or delayed packages
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries related to damaged shipments
  • Use pre-existing response templates for addressing common customer issues
  • Create response templates as well
  • Collaborate with courier companies to resolve shipment-related problems when necessary
  • Add new products to the database based on supplier invoices and internet. example: based on EAN you can find photos, descriptions and info about products
  • Create and update delivery documentation in Google Sheets for coordination with suppliers and 3PL providers

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience with 3PL coordination and online arbitrage workflows
  • Proficiency in managing cross-platform e-commerce operations
  • Understanding of EAN codes and product database management
