Requirements

Bachelor’s degree and/or 2+ years of experience or education in Economics or a field with a quantitative and analytic focus

Responsibilities

• Lead client projects by performing quantitative analysis using Lightcast’s world-class data and other sources to research, model, and recommend solutions for colleges and universities
• Build and apply advanced analytical models, working with large datasets, reports, and visualizations to evaluate program alignment with labor market needs and assess the value of higher education
• Analyze market conditions, competition, and industry dynamics to identify clients’ positioning and growth opportunities
• Communicate key insights and recommendations clearly, advising clients on how to use data for informed, data-driven decision-making
• Document methodologies, findings, and recommendations in an accessible manner for diverse audiences
• Deliver high-quality projects on time while managing multiple priorities and maintaining strong attention to detail
• Collaborate with team members to foster a positive, supportive culture while contributing independently to shared goals
• Demonstrate strong analytical, technical, and statistical skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into simple, actionable insights
• Utilize proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to develop impactful analyses, reports, and presentations
