Summary

You will design, develop, and maintain EDI interfaces, optimize ETL processes, and collaborate with business analysts. Troubleshooting EDI issues, ensuring compliance with standards, and creating performance reports are key responsibilities. A Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of EDI development experience are required. The salary range is $115,000-$125,000.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in EDI development and implementation
  • Strong knowledge of EDI X-12 standards and transaction sets
  • Proficiency in ETL processes and tools
  • Solid understanding of data mapping and transformation techniques
  • Familiarity with EDI/ETL software and integration platforms
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain EDI interfaces using industry-standard X-12 formats
  • Implement and optimize ETL processes
  • Collaborate with business analysts to understand and implement EDI requirements
  • Troubleshoot and resolve EDI-related issues promptly
  • Develop and maintain documentation for EDI processes and data flows
  • Ensure compliance with EDI standards and best practices
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Create and maintain reports related to EDI transactions and system performance

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience AWS or other cloud platforms
  • Experience with AWS Glue
  • Experience with additional programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, Scala)
  • Knowledge of other EDI standards (e.g., EDIFACT, HL7)
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
  • Experience in healthcare, retail, or supply chain industries
