Summary

Join Pennylane, a rapidly growing Fintech company, as the strategic architect of educational experiences for over 200,000 SME users. You will own the strategic vision and execution of self-serve educational experiences, designing learning ecosystems, analyzing user behavior, and coordinating cross-functional initiatives. This role requires strong leadership, data analysis skills, and experience in customer education or a related field. Requirements

  • Solid experience in Customer Education, Product Ops, or Customer Success in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and align stakeholders across Product, Success, and Marketing
  • Strong writing and content creation skills for high-quality educational materials
  • Strong skills in user journey mapping, education funnel design, and content strategy
  • Comfortable with data-driven decision-making: analytics, KPIs, dashboards, and experimentation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in French (native) and English (professional)
  • Autonomous, structured, and results-oriented, with a deep sense of ownership and curiosity
  • To speak English (level is assessed and appreciated according to the department you’re applying to)
  • To be energized by an ever-shifting work environment
  • To be highly collaborative (within your team or other stakeholders)
  • Sufficiently experienced to prioritize business-led actions on your day to day activity

Responsibilities

  • Own the long-term educational strategy for 200K+ SME users, defining how they discover, learn, and master Pennylane across their entire journey
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partner Success teams to embed education strategically throughout the user experience
  • Analyze user behavior at scale to identify learning gaps
  • Prioritize ruthlessly across competing demands
  • Communicate strategic vision and progress clearly to stakeholders across all organizational levels
  • Facilitate alignment between teams on educational priorities and timelines
  • Design comprehensive learning ecosystems that guide users from onboarding to advanced feature adoption
  • Develop exemplary online courses & content pieces in collaboration with content creators
  • Map user journeys and identify optimal moments for educational intervention
  • Coordinate (and write when necessary) help center content for new feature launches
  • Orchestrate content processes by engaging the right creators for each job
  • Partner with Product teams to integrate education into product workflows
  • Monitor and optimize the entire educational funnel using analytics
  • Master complex data analysis across platforms (Academy, Help Center, in-app guidance, support tickets, product usage)
  • Extract actionable insights from large datasets to inform strategic decisions and priorities
  • Measure educational impact on business outcomes (adoption, retention, support deflection)
  • Present complex analytical findings in accessible formats for diverse audiences
  • Conduct user research and synthesize findings into strategic recommendations
  • Optimize continuously based on performance data and user feedback
  • Build and maintain dashboards that provide real-time visibility into educational performance

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with education platforms (LMS, Help Centers, in-app guidance) and interest in fintech/accounting tools
