Requirements
- Honours or Masters qualification in Education
- Strong research methodology experience, focusing on the end-to-end process of project design, data collection, analysis and communication of findings
- Data analysis experience with a strong track record of conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis on research findings
- Experience with peer review and publishing, proven experience with the process of communicating research findings through published research papers
- Ability to communicate research findings effectively to internal stakeholders and support the communication to existing and prospective EP users
- Adaptable mindset, comfortable prioritising and switching between multiple tasks
- A team player, able to work effectively in a cross-functional environment across multiple time zones
Responsibilities
- Conduct ongoing literature reviews and identify evidence-based educational best practices relevant to the EP product and share these with with key EP stakeholders to inform the design and usage of the EP product
- Engage with schools, teachers and students in all key markets to understand the classroom application of our product, where it best supports teaching and learning best practices and the impact that this has on student outcomes
- Partner with learning design leads to build an impact framework for each EP subject
- Explore a range of EP product usage data and customer insights to understand current use cases and areas of impact
- Identify opportunities to measure the learning impact of selected use cases, across subjects and regions
- Design and lead research investigations, ranging from small-scale and short-term to long-range and robust impact studies
- Employ a variety of qualitative and quantitative data collection techniques, conduct rigorous analysis using trusted methods, and summarise findings to draw meaningful conclusions
- Where appropriate, partner with third-party organisations such as universities to conduct independent research studies, and own the success of these
- Share findings from literature reviews and impact analyses with key EP stakeholders, in order to drive product and conduct improvements that increase educational impact
- Lead the collation of evidence and research findings for external product certifications, as and when required
- Collaboration with Marketing and Product Marketing to help communicate key findings to existing and prospective customers
