Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in email marketing, digital marketing, or a related role
  • Strong understanding of segmentation, A/B testing, and email performance metrics
  • Meticulous in campaign execution, list management, and quality assurance
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable insights
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Knowledge of ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies
  • Familiarity with content marketing and SEO best practices

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of email marketing campaigns, including promotional, lifecycle, and automated emails
  • Create and manage customer segments based on demographics, behaviors, and engagement data to deliver targeted and relevant content
  • Set up and analyze email templates testing for subject lines, email content, and send times to optimize performance and improve email metrics
  • Track email performance metrics (e.g., open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates) and provide insights for campaign improvements
  • Use email marketing and automation platforms to create workflows, manage lists, and execute campaigns
  • Work closely with the marketing, design, and content teams to ensure email content aligns with brand messaging and campaign goals
  • Assist in developing customer journey maps to identify and fill gaps in the email communication strategy
