Email Marketing Associate

Summary

Join our dynamic team as an experienced Email Marketer and elevate our email campaigns. In this role, you'll work closely with our Campaign and Lifecycle Manager to optimize campaign performance, drive results, and push creative boundaries.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in email marketing, preferably in a B2B environment
• Strong understanding of email marketing principles, best practices, and industry trends
• Proficiency in email marketing software and CRM systems
• Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen attention to detail
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills. Experience with A/B testing
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Proven track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines
• Certifications in email marketing or related fields

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including creating and managing email lists, designing email templates, and scheduling sends
• Work with members of the marketing team to Write compelling email copy that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our target audience
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates. Provide regular reports and insights to the team
• Conduct A/B tests to optimize email content, subject lines, and send times to improve campaign effectiveness
• Segment email lists based on user behavior, demographics, and other relevant data to deliver targeted and personalized content
• Work closely with the marketing, design, and sales teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with overall business objectives and brand guidelines
