You will be responsible for planning and developing the overall email marketing strategy for over 60 clients, managing the strategy, leading the team, and meeting business goals. This senior-level role requires proven experience in email creation, campaign execution, and results reporting. You'll utilize the latest marketing technology and collaborate with our email marketing team and CMO. Requirements

• Have senior-level email marketing experience
• Have experience in creating emails, executing on campaigns and reporting on results

Responsibilities

• Manage and build an overall email marketing strategy
• Create various email lists and campaigns
• Create and design various CTAs and email templates
• Test every campaign's success
• Determine email marketing KPIs
• Develop and present reports on a weekly basis
• Develop a lead generation strategy
• Create smart email lists
• Increase email subscriptions
• Analyze data to get smart insights
• Suggest methods for improvements
• Segment lists based on behaviors like past email engagement and website interactions
• Develop documentation and road maps for processes, A/B tests, and promotions that succeed through email
