Summary

Join NinjaHoldings as a Sr. Email Marketing Specialist to develop, execute, and optimize email and SMS campaigns. You will manage the entire customer communication lifecycle, from strategy and building to execution and reporting. Leverage data-driven insights to enhance segmentation, improve deliverability, and maximize customer conversion and retention. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and experienced in managing email marketing in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with PM and engineering teams and utilize competitive marketing research. Requirements

  • 2-3 years of email marketing experience, preferably in financial services or other highly regulated industry
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms such as Iterable, Braze, Marketo, or similar automation tools
  • Strong technical skills including knowledge of HTML/CSS and working experience with relational databases and SQL query authoring and SQL for querying relational databases
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate insights into actions
  • Experience in A/B testing, multivariate testing and customer journey optimization
  • Exceptional written communication skills are required
  • Proven experience with project management including the ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to shifting business priorities
  • Strong sense of ownership and attention to detail is required

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and optimize email and SMS marketing campaigns to drive new customer acquisition, retention, and engagement
  • Execute day-to-day tasks including, but not limited to: building, launching, analyzing and iterating on A/B tests to improve the overall customer experience
  • Debug technical issues related to HTML/CSS, journeys, lists, and other aspects of email execution
  • Monitor and maintain email deliverability, reduce spam complaints, and improve open and click-through rates
  • Build and maintain dashboards to investigate anomalies and monitor and report on email performance
  • Utilize competitive marketing research and product intelligence to understand the competitive landscape
  • Collaborate with our PM and engineering teams to create requirements and assist with the development of marketing-related features
