Email & SMS Graphic Designer

Summary

Join BAD Marketing, a leading Growth Marketing Agency, as a full-time, remote Email & SMS Graphic Designer based in Colombia. You will create engaging email and SMS campaigns, optimizing designs for high click-through rates and conversions. Responsibilities include designing email templates, A/B testing, and utilizing the Klaviyo platform. The ideal candidate possesses 2-3+ years of graphic design experience, a strong understanding of email marketing, and excellent communication skills. Requirements

• 2-3+ years of experience of Graphic Design with knowledge of Photoshop and some knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and HTML coding will be a plus
• Holistic understanding of Email & SMS Marketing and/or eCommerce
• Strong understanding of typography principles and the importance of branding
• Excellent written and verbal skills to communicate proactively with team members
• Ability to work with brand and style guides without direct client interaction
• Ability to prioritize your workload to accommodate clients that need a quick turn-around
• Intermediate to advanced English skills required (written & spoken)

Responsibilities

• Create compelling and high converting graphic designs for Email Marketing Campaigns
• Design and design and develop email templates including icon/UI creation and GIFs
• A/B test your designs
• Daily use of Klaviyo Email Marketing Platform. This includes but is not limited to designing email assets, slicing, resizing and building templates directly to Klaviyo. Training will be provided
• Must have an understanding of design fundamentals and layouts to be able to work on projects
• Meet with team members daily bringing inspiration and new creative ideas to the table
• Understand email strategy and technical tasks
• Be adaptable to new design trends and be able to integrate them into your work effectively

Preferred Qualifications

• Klaviyo, postscript/ Attentive experience preferred
• Spanish fluency is a plus, especially for internal collaboration
