Summary
Join Toast as an Emerging Markets Account Executive and contribute to our new business acquisition efforts. You will focus on converting inbound leads and uncovering new opportunities within emerging markets, primarily supporting Spanish-speaking customers. This role requires proficiency in Spanish and English, sales experience, and the ability to navigate a fast-paced environment. You will conduct discovery calls, product demonstrations, and manage quotes and contracts in the customer's preferred language. Success is measured by the quality of customer experiences and effective conversion of leads. Toast offers a competitive compensation and benefits package, including uncapped commissions.
Requirements
- Speak, read and write proficiently in Spanish and English

Responsibilities
- Follow up on marketing qualified leads in the market you support
- Conduct discovery calls & product demonstrations in your customerβs preferred language
- Create and review quotes and contracts in your customerβs preferred language
- Ensure our onboarding team and customer are set up for success post sale
- Understand the competitive landscape in your market (strengths, weaknesses, benefits) to best position Toast
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior Sales experience
- Restaurant Operations Experience
- Experience using Salesforce to keep track of Sales activities
