Requirements

  • Proven experience: 3+ years in employee event planning, employee engagement, or a related HR role
  • Creative and organized: A knack for generating ideas and bringing them to life efficiently
  • Strong communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to engage different audiences
  • Collaboration: A team player who can build relationships and work effectively with various departments
  • Budget management: Experience in developing and managing budgets
  • Passion for culture: A genuine interest in fostering a positive and engaging workplace

Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and execute a wide range of employee events, including company-wide celebrations, team-building activities, workshops, and recognition programs
  • Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and budgeting
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful event execution
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and foster a positive workplace culture
  • Create and manage employee recognition programs to celebrate achievements, milestones, and contributions
  • Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions to assess employee satisfaction and engagement levels, and use insights to inform engagement strategies
  • Create and distribute internal communications related to employee events, engagement activities, and company updates
  • Manage communication channels on Slack, and digital signage to keep employees informed and engaged
  • Collaborate with the HR and Marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding in all internal communications
  • Develop and manage budgets for employee events and engagement initiatives, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality
  • Track expenses and provide regular budget reports to HR leadership
  • Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with external vendors and service providers for event-related services
  • Ensure timely delivery of services and maintain high standards of quality and professionalism
  • Coordinate onboarding events and orientation programs for new hires to ensure a smooth and welcoming introduction to the company
  • Develop engaging activities and resources to help new employees integrate into the company culture
