Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in website management, with a strong focus on SEO, UX, and conversion optimization
  • 4+ years managing a WordPress site
  • Deep understanding of SEO standard processes and tools, such as Google Analytics and SEMrush
  • Expertise in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization strategies, including experience with A/B testing tools such as VWO or Optimizely
  • Experience managing website development projects, including working with developers and designers
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency with managing an online chatbot to funnel leads to the correct pages and capture incremental MQLs
  • Experience leading a direct team and large-scale cross-functional projects
  • A proactive, innovative approach and the ability to stay ahead of industry trends
  • Outcome driven with a track record of identifying traffic growth opportunities and accelerating impact

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic search traffic and rankings for our 13 B2B websites globally
  • Oversee the design and user experience of our website to ensure it is user-friendly, engaging, and optimized for traffic-to-MQL conversion
  • Analyze website performance data and user behavior to find opportunities for improvement
  • Lead A/B testing initiatives to optimize website elements and enhance user experience, leading to conversion rate improvement
  • Collaborate with content creators to ensure all website content is SEO-focused to improve organic traffic MoM
  • Manage the development and implementation of new website features and functionalities
  • Monitor and report on weekly website performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO, UX, and conversion optimization trends and standard methodologies
  • Mentor and develop a team of developers and a SEO specialist

Preferred Qualifications

SaaS or technology roles are strongly preferred
