Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in website management, with a strong focus on SEO, UX, and conversion optimization
- 4+ years managing a WordPress site
- Deep understanding of SEO standard processes and tools, such as Google Analytics and SEMrush
- Expertise in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization strategies, including experience with A/B testing tools such as VWO or Optimizely
- Experience managing website development projects, including working with developers and designers
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency with managing an online chatbot to funnel leads to the correct pages and capture incremental MQLs
- Experience leading a direct team and large-scale cross-functional projects
- A proactive, innovative approach and the ability to stay ahead of industry trends
- Outcome driven with a track record of identifying traffic growth opportunities and accelerating impact
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic search traffic and rankings for our 13 B2B websites globally
- Oversee the design and user experience of our website to ensure it is user-friendly, engaging, and optimized for traffic-to-MQL conversion
- Analyze website performance data and user behavior to find opportunities for improvement
- Lead A/B testing initiatives to optimize website elements and enhance user experience, leading to conversion rate improvement
- Collaborate with content creators to ensure all website content is SEO-focused to improve organic traffic MoM
- Manage the development and implementation of new website features and functionalities
- Monitor and report on weekly website performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO, UX, and conversion optimization trends and standard methodologies
- Mentor and develop a team of developers and a SEO specialist
Preferred Qualifications
SaaS or technology roles are strongly preferred
