Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven track record of success in IT recruitment or talent acquisition management
  • Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends
  • Excellent understanding and implementation of talent acquisition policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Excellent negotiation, relationship building and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have previous experience working with recruitment software
  • Highly competent recruiting via various social media platforms, specifically LinkedIn
  • Highly proficient in MS Office packages, particularly MS Teams and Outlook
  • As this is a remote role, you can be based anywhere in the South Africa, so long as you are authorised to work in the SA without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to attract top-tier IT, specifically Workday professionals
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for IT roles, specifically Workday talent
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs and craft accurate job descriptions
  • Utilize a range of sourcing strategies, including LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals and direct outreach
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future Workday and related roles
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive hiring practices to ensure our recruitment approach remains innovative and effective
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on hiring progress, challenges, and opportunities
  • Champion a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience within a HR Business Partner would be an advantage
  • Knowledge of emerging trends and best practices in attraction and retention of talent
