Employer Brand Specialist

Summary

Join our team as a Content & Employer Brand Manager to collaborate with stakeholders, develop content calendars, and execute an employer brand social media strategy.

Requirements

• Proven experience in employer branding (ideally within a tech company and/or scale up)
• Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills with strong understanding of social media platforms
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate with colleagues across different departments & locations - we have three offices, London, Sheffield and Lincoln - plus some fully remote Goodlordians
• Knowledge of photography, video production and editing for socials

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to produce high-quality content that showcases company culture across multiple channels
• Maintain content calendars, measure performance, and develop guidelines for the future
• Develop and execute an Employer Brand social media strategy focusing on platforms like Instagram and LinkedIn
• Monitor engagement, optimise strategies based on performance, and create employer brand guidelines
• Implement strategies to keep employees informed and engaged, including content for internal platforms and workplace awards strategy
• Ensure consistent branding across internal materials, update promotional collateral, and support recruitment marketing efforts, including design, advertising, and event sponsorships
