Summary

Wrapbook is hiring an Enablement Manager responsible for leading enablement for all Client Operations teams. The role involves developing and delivering training programs to equip Customer Support and Success teams with the knowledge and resources to efficiently service, retain, and grow revenue.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills including time management, goal setting, and attention to detail
  • Sense of ownership and comfort with ambiguityβ€”we are building something new which is an opportunity to contribute but also means we don't have all the answers yet!

Responsibilities

  • Impact performance of the Support and Success teams through tailored training and enablement programs
  • Partner with Product and Product Marketing to understand the product roadmap, and develop training to support upcoming launches
  • Ensure Customer Success and Support teams are equipped with the knowledge and resources to support changes to internal processes and procedures
  • Partner with Ops leadership to develop an internal new hire onboarding program
  • Deliver a clear, consistent, and repeatable enablement program
  • Consistently report on the progress and impact of enablement activities to Client Operations leadership
