Requirements
- 3+ yearsβ experience managing Utility DSM or Government WAP Programs
- Proven Program Management abilities i.e., ability to get work done by team members who are not direct reports
Responsibilities
- Managing relationships with utility companies, Government staff, and other stakeholders in developing and managing EE Programs
- Guiding and facilitating internal ICAST activities as necessary to meet assigned EE Program goals
- Acting as the primary point of contact for energy data, incentives, and other stakeholder requests
- Provide oversite for any changes to EE Programs
- Presenting reports for program updates, annual strategic plans, Management updates, etc
- Making program changes to bring program back on track if its not meeting goal
