Requirements

  • Have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology or related field
  • Have 5+ years of experience in program management, with a strong emphasis on digital products and solutions
  • Have proven expertise in designing and managing buy flows and process flows across digital platforms (e-commerce, mobile apps, websites, etc.)
  • Have a strong understanding of the full digital product lifecycle, including requirements gathering, product development, testing, and deployment
  • Have excellent project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Have experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders at all levels
  • Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision making
  • Have familiarity with agile methodologies, project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Asana), and digital product management tools
  • Have excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Have strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end digital programs, ensuring timely delivery, within budget, and in alignment with business objectives. Develop program plans, roadmaps, and schedules, and track progress against defined milestones
  • Drive the development of digital products and solutions, working closely with product owners, business stakeholders, and development teams to define requirements, prioritize features, and ensure successful delivery of high-quality products
  • Lead efforts to design, implement, and continuously improve digital buy flows, ensuring seamless, efficient, and user-friendly experiences that drive conversion and customer satisfaction
  • Analyze, map, and optimize digital process flows across various platforms to streamline operations, reduce friction, and enhance user engagement. Identify opportunities for automation and improvement
  • Collaborate with internal teams including product management, marketing, engineering, UX/UI, and customer support to ensure alignment on program goals, priorities, and timelines
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates, risk assessments, and solutions to any program-related challenges or roadblocks
  • Identify potential risks and issues related to digital programs and proactively develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruption
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital programs, track progress, and report on program status, outcomes, and post-launch performance
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by regularly evaluating program outcomes, gathering feedback, and implementing enhancements to optimize digital products and processes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have experience with e-commerce platforms, payment gateways, and conversion optimization
  • Have knowledge of UX/UI principles and best practices for digital product design
  • Have experience with data analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Tableau)
  • Have a strong working knowledge of PowerPoint and either MS Project or Smartsheet
  • Have familiarity with cloud technologies and digital transformation initiatives
